Appointment of Pontifical Legate for the celebration of the 12th centenary of the beginning of the mission of Saint Ansgar in Denmark

The Holy Father has appointed His Eminence Cardinal Pietro Parolin, Secretary of State, as Pontifical Legate for the celebration of the twelfth centenary of the beginning of the mission of Saint Ansgar in Denmark, scheduled to be held in Copenhagen on Sunday 25 January 2026.
