- A delegation of monks of the Oriental Orthodox Churches;

- His Eminence Cardinal Marcello Semeraro, prefect of the Dicastery for the Causes of Saints;

- A delegation from the Max Planck Gesellschaft;

- Mr. David M. Beasley, executive director of the World Food Programme, on his farewell visit;

- The Reverend Don Julián Carrón;

- The Reverend Don Pasquale Spinoso.

The planned audience with the YMCA – Italy Christian Federation was cancelled due to the Holy Father's severe cold.
