Papal Chapel for the funeral of His Eminence Cardinal Agostino Cacciavillan

On Monday, 7 March, at 11.00, the funeral of His Eminence Cardinal Agostino Cacciavillan, of the Title of Santissimi Angeli Custodi a Città Giardino, president emeritus of the Administration of the Apostolic See, will take place at the Altar of the Cathedra of Saint Peter’s Basilica.

The funeral will be celebrated by His Eminence Cardinal Giovanni Battista Re, dean of the College of Cardinals, along with the Cardinals, Archbishops and Bishops.

At the end of the Eucharistic Celebration, the Holy Father Francis will preside over the rite of the Ultima Commendatio and the Valedictio.
