On Monday 17 June 2019, at 11.30, at the Holy See Press Office, Via della Conciliazione 54, a press conference will be held to present the Instrumentum laboris for the Special Assembly of the Synod of Bishops for the Pan-Amazon Region, on the theme: Amazonia, new paths for the Church and for an integral ecology (6-27 October 2019).

The speakers will be:

- His Eminence Cardinal Lorenzo Baldisseri, general secretary of the Synod of Bishops;

- H.E. Msgr. Fabio Fabene, under secretary of the Synod of Bishops;

- Rev. Fr. Humberto Miguel Yáñez, S.J., professor of moral theology at the Pontifical Gregorian University, Rome.
