- H.E. Msgr. José Rodríguez Carballo, O.F.M., titular archbishop of Belcastro, secretary of the Congregation for the Institutes of Consecrated Life and Societies of Apostolic Life;

- Participants in the Course organized by the Tribunal of the Roman Rota.
