- H.E. Msgr. Luigi Bianco, titular archbishop of Falerone, apostolic nuncio in Ethiopia and in Djibouti and apostolic delegate in Somalia; Holy See special representative at the African Union;

- H.E. Msgr. Anselmo Guido Pecorari, titular archbishop of Populonia, apostolic nuncio in Bulgaria and in Macedonia;

- H.E. Msgr. Paul Desfarges, archbishop of Algiers, Algeria; with H.E. Msgr. Jean-Paul Vesco, bishop of Oran; and Rev. Fr. Thomas Georgeon, O.C.S.O.
