- His Excellency Msgr. Andrzej Jozwowicz, titular archbishop of Lauriaco, apostolic nuncio in Rwanda, with family members;

- Msgr. Paolo Rudelli, special envoy, Permanent Observer at the Council of Europe;

- Archbishop Sir David Moxon, representative of the Archbishop of Canterbury at the Holy See.
