- Archbishop Antonio Guido Filipazzi, titular of Sutri, apostolic nuncio in Poland;

- Archbishop Francis Assisi Chullikatt, titular of Ostra, apostolic nuncio in Bosna and Herzegovina, and in Montenegro;

- His Excellency Mr. Fadi Assaf, ambassador of Lebanon, presenting his credential letters;
