Possession of Titular Churches

The Office of Liturgical Celebrations of the Supreme Pontiff announces the following:

On Saturday 18 October 2025, at 18.00, His Eminence Cardinal Fernando Natalio Chomalí Garib, archbishop of Santiago de Chile, Chile, will take possession of the Title of San Mauro Abate, Via Francesco Sapori, 10.

On Saturday 18 October 2025, at 18.30, His Eminence Cardinal Luis Gerardo Cabrera Herrera, O.F.M., archbishop of Guayaquil, Ecuador, will take possession of the Title of Sacra Famiglia di Nazareth a Centocelle, Piazzale delle Gardenie, 45.

On Sunday 19 October 2025, at 18.00, His Eminence Cardinal Pablo Virgilio Siongco David, archbishop of Kalookan, Philippines, will take possession of the Title of Trasfigurazione di Nostro Signore Gesù Cristo, Piazza della Trasfigurazione, 2.
