- The Reverend Sr. Simona Brambilla, M.C., prefect of the Dicastery for the Institutes of Consecrated Life and the Societies of Apostolic Life, with His Eminence Cardinal Ángel Fernández Artime, S.D.B., pro-prefect of the same Dicastery;

- Archbishop Alejandro Arellano Cedillo, titular of Bisuldino, dean of the Tribunal of the Roman Rota;

- College of Prelate Auditors of the Tribunal of the Roman Rota, for the Inauguration of the Judicial Year of the Tribunal of the Roman Rota.
