On Tuesday 17 December 2024, at 11.30, a press conference will be held at the Holy See Press Office, Via della Conciliazione 54, to present the project “Contemporary art in prison: the challenge of hope”.

The speakers will be:

- His Eminence Cardinal José Tolentino de Mendonça, prefect of the Dicastery for Culture and Education;

- Pres. Giovanni Russo, Head of the Department of Prison Administration of the Ministry of Justice of the Italian Republic;

- Dr. Cristiana Perrella, curator of the “Conciliazione 5” Space for the Holy Year 2025;

- Marinella Senatore, visiting artist for the realization of an artistic project at Rebibbia Prison;

- Professor Davide Rampello, curator of the “Doors of Hope” International Project.
