The Holy Father has appointed the Reverend Jesús Omar Alemán Chávez, of the clergy of the diocese of Tarahumara, parish priest of Santa Inés in Chínapas and coordinator of the diocesan Commission on Catechesis.
Curriculum vitae
Msgr. Alemán Chávez was born on 1 July 1970 in Ciudad Cuauhtémoc. He attended the Ciudad Juárez Seminary, the Regional Seminary of the North in Torreón and the Monterrey Seminary.
He was ordained a priest on 7 October 1997 and incardinated in the diocese of Tarahumara.
He completed his formation in catechesis at the Salesian University in Rome.
He has served as formator at the minor seminary of Tarahumara, parish priest, vicar general and parish priest of Tanhuato in the diocese of Zamora. He is currently parish priest of Santa Inés in Chínapas and coordinator of the diocesan Commission on Catechesis.

The Holy Father has appointed the Reveren Reginei José Modolo, of the clergy of the metropolitan archdiocese of Cascavel, until now vicar general and parish priest of the Cathedral, as vicar general and parish priest of the Cathedral, assigning him the titular see of Macriana in Mauretania.
Curriculum vitae
Msgr. Reginei José Modolo was born on 7 January 1975 in Braganey, in the archdiocese of Cascavel, in the State of Paraná. He studied philosophy at the Universidade Estadual do Oeste do Paraná in Toledo-PR (1992-1995) and theology at the Centro Interdiocesano de Teologia de Cascavel-PR affiliated with the PUC-PR (1996-1999). Subsequently, he obtained his licentiate (2005-2007) and doctorate (2013-2016) in moral theology at the Alphonsian Academy in Rome.
He was ordained a priest on 8 July 2000, and incardinated in the metropolitan archdiocese of Cascavel.
He has held the following offices: parish vicar (2000-2004) and then parish administrator of the Cathedral (2004-2005); parish priest of Santa Teresa de Ávila in Santa Teresa do Oeste-PR (2007-2013) and of Nossa Senhora de Fátima in Cascavel-PR (2016-2020); dean of the deanery of Cascavel (2007-2009); archdiocesan bursar (2008-2013); vicar general (2016-2021); diocesan administrator (2021); member of the Presbyteral Council and the College of Consultors (2008-2022); coordinator of presbyteral pastoral care (2007-2009 and 2011-2013); coordinator of the Council of Formators (2017-2022); professor of moral theology (2008-2013 and 2016-2022).
He is currently vicar general and parish priest of Cascavel Cathedral.
