Appointment of bishop of Manga, Burkina Faso

The Holy Father has appointed Bishop Léopold Médard Ouédraogo as bishop of the diocese of Manga, Burkina Faso, transferring him from the titular see of Sutunurca and from the office of auxiliary bishop of the metropolitan archdiocese of Ouagadougou.
