- Archbishop Paolo Rocco Gualtieri, titular of Sagone, apostolic nuncio in Madagascar, the Seychelles and Mauritius; apostolic delegate in the Comoros Islands, with function of apostolic delegate in La Réunion;

- His Eminence Cardinal João Braz de Aviz, prefect of the Congregation for the Institutes of Consecrated Life and the Societies of Apostolic Life; with the secretary of the same Dicastery, Archbishop José Rodríguez Carballo, O.F.M., titular of Belcastro.
