The Holy Father has accepted the resignation from the pastoral care of the diocese of Quixadá, Brazil, presented by Bishop Ângelo Pignoli.

The Holy Father has appointed Mr. Antonino Intersimone, currently chief director of Region Retail & Service Central and Southern Italy of Telecom Italia S.p.A., as director of Telecommunications and Information Systems of Vatican City State Governorate. The appointment will take effect from 1 January 2022.
