- Archbishop Alfredo José Espinoza Mateus, S.D.B., of Quito, vice president; Bishop David Israel de la Torre Altamirano, SS.CC., titular of Bagai, auxiliary of Quito, secretary general; and the Reverend Maximilian Ordóñez Sigcho, adjunct secretary general;

- Her Excellency Ms. Elisabeth Beton Delègue, ambassador of France, on her farewell visit;
