- Archbishop Gabriele Giordano Caccia, titular of Sepino, permanent observer at the United Nations in New York;

- Bishop Fabio Fabene, titular of Montefiascone, undersecretary of the Synod of Bishops;

- Her Excellency Ms Grace R. Princesa, ambassador of the Philippines, on her farewell visit.
