- Delegation from the “Congrès Mission” of France;

- Bishop Giovanni D’Ercole, emeritus of Ascoli Piceno, Italy;

- Archbishop Angelo Vincenzo Zani, titular of Volturno, secretary of the Congregation for Catholic Education (for Educational Institutes).
