- His Eminence Cardinal Luis Francisco Ladaria Ferrer, prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith;

- Archbishop Alfred Xuereb, titular of Amantea, apostolic nuncio in Korea and in Mongolia;

- Mr. Gilbert F. Houngbo, president of the IFAD;

- Ms. Safia Taleb al Souhail, ambassador of Iraq in Italy, with her husband.
