- His Eminence Marc Ouellet, P.S.S., prefect of the Congregation for Bishops;

- H.E. Msgr. Ghaleb Bader, titular archbishop of Matara di Numidia, apostolic nuncio in the Dominican Republic, with the role of apostolic delegate in Puerto Rico,

- Participants in the International Youth Forum.
