Resignation of bishop of Goma, Democratic Republic of the Congo, and appointment of successor

The Holy Father Francis has accepted the resignation from the pastoral care of the diocese of Goma, Democratic Republic of the Congo, presented by H.E. Msgr. Théophile Kaboy Ruboneka.

The Pope has appointed as bishop of the same diocese H.E. Msgr. Willy Ngumbi Ngengele, M. Afr., currently bishop of Kindu.
