On Friday 30 November 2018, at 11.00, at the Holy See Press Office, Via della Conciliazione 54, a press conference will be held to present the Extraordinary Missionary Month to be held in October 2019, convoked by the Holy Father Francis, on the occasion of the centenary of the promulgation of the Apostolic Letter Maximum illud of Pope Benedict XV, with a Letter sent to the Prefect of the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples on Sunday 22 October 2017.

The speakers will be:

- His Eminence Cardinal Fernando Filoni, prefect of the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples;

- H.E. Msgr. Giampietro Dal Toso, president of the Pontifical Mission Societies and adjunct secretary of the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples;

- Fr. Fabrizio Meroni, PIME, secretary general of the Pontifical Missionary Union, director of the CIAM and director of the Agenzia Fides.
