Appointment of auxiliary bishop of San Isidro, Argentina

The Holy Father has appointed as auxiliary bishop of San Isidro, Argentina, the Rev. Giullermo Caride, vicar general of the same diocese, assigning him the titular see of Giomnio.

H.E. Msgr. Guillermo Caride

Msgr. Guillermo Caride was born on 25 May 1962 in Buenos Aires. He studied philosophy and theology in the “San Agustín” seminary of San Isidro. He was ordained a priest on 5 December 1986.

As a priest he has served in the following ministries: parish vicar of the cathedral of the diocese of San Justo, and of the Nuestra Señora de Lourdes in San Isidro, formator at the “San Agustín” diocesan seminary and parish priest of the Jesús en el Huerto de los Olivos and Nuestra Señora de la Guardia parishes.

He is currently vicar general of the diocese of San Isidro and parish priest of the San Gabriel de la Dolorosa parish.
