Appointment of special envoy at the concluding celebration of the Archdiocesan Jubilee of Lima, Peru (30 August 2017)

The Holy Father Francis has appointed His Eminence Cardinal Raúl Eduardo Vela Chiriboga, archbishop emeritus of Quito, Ecuador, as his special envoy at the concluding celebration of the Archdiocesan Jubilee of Lima, Peru, to be held on 30 August 2017, on the occasion of the fourth centenary of the death of St. Rose of Lima.
