·         Bishop Ángel San Casimiro Fernández, O.A.R., of Alajuela;

·         Bishop José Francisco Ulloa Rojas of Cartago;

·         Bishop José Manuel Garita Herrera of Ciudad Quesada;

·         Bishop Javier Gerardo Roman Arias of Limón;

·         Bishop Oscar Gerardo Fernández Guillén of Puntarenas;

·         Bishop Gabriel Enrique Montero Umaña, O.F.M., of San Isidro de El General;

·         Bishop Manuel Eugenio Salazar Mora of Tilarán-Liberia.
