In a letter published today, written in Latin and dated 7 June, the Holy Father appoints Cardinal Angelo Bagnasco, archbishop of Genoa and president of the Italian Episcopal Conference, as his special envoy at the National Eucharistic Congress of Italy, to be held in Genoa from 15 to 18 September 2016.
