La Riunione Plenaria della Commissione si è svolta in un’atmosfera di cordialità e di reciproca comprensione. La Delegazione della Santa Sede è stata guidata da Mons. Ettore Balestrero, Sotto-Segretario per i Rapporti con gli Stati, e la Delegazione dello Stato di Israele è stata guidata dal Sig. Daniel Ayalon, M.K, Vice-Ministro degli Affari Esteri.
La Plenaria ha preso nota di quanto è stato fatto dalla Commissione "di Lavoro" in seguito alla precedente Plenaria e ha dato indicazioni per il compito da effettuare in futuro.
Si è inoltre deciso di tenere la prossima riunione Plenaria il 27 maggio 2010, in Vaticano. La prossima riunione di lavoro avrà luogo il 7 gennaio 2010.
La Delegazione della Santa Sede era composta come segue:

The Plenary meeting of the Commission took place in an atmosphere of cordiality and mutual understanding. The Delegation of the Holy See was headed by Monsignor Ettore Balestrero, Under-Secretary for Relations with States; and the Delegation of the State of Israel was headed by Mr Daniel Ayalon, M.K, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.
The Plenary took notice of the work done by the "Working Level" Commission, since the previous Plenary, and has agreed guidelines for the further work to be done.
It was also agreed to hold the next Plenary meeting on 27 May 2010, at the Vatican. The next "Working Level" meeting will take place on 7 January 2010.
