Borgo Laudato si’ to host the event

“La Forze delle Donne – Custodi della Pace, Architette del Futuro”

(“The Strength of Women – Guardians of Peace, Architects of the Future”

as part of the first edition of the

“Hallelujah Film Festival – International Symposium for peace”, Friday 12 December – 15.30

 

In the evocative setting of the monumental gardens of Borgo Laudato Si’, the Laudato Si’ Higher Education Center will host the symposium “The Strength of Women – Guardians of Peace, Architects of the Future”, one of the events of the first edition of the Hallelujah Film Festival, to take place at Castel Gandolfo from 6 to 13 December 2025.

The meeting, to be held on Friday 12 December at 15.30, is dedicated to the role of women in the promotion of peace, the protection of rights and the building of inclusive communities, attentive to social justice and environmental sustainability.

The event, which will be attended by representatives from the world of cinema, culture and art, will be opened and coordinated by Pascal Vicedomini, founder of the Hallelujah Film Festival. The guest of honour will be the film director Liliana Cavani.

The meeting will be concluded by His Eminence Cardinal Fabio Baggio, director general of the Laudato Si’ Higher Education Center, with a speech on collective responsibility in pathways of reconciliation and peace.

The event will be preceded by a short walk for peace amid the natural beauty of Borgo Laudato Si’, a symbolic gesture of a shared commitment to promoting peace and sustainability through art, cinema and culture.
