Appointment of the vicar of the Cardinal Archpriest of the Papal Basilica of Saint Mary Major

The Holy Father has appointed Monsignor Luís Manuel Alí Herrera, secretary of the Pontifical Commission for the Protection of Minors, as vicar of the Cardinal Archpriest of the Papal Basilica of Saint Mary Major.
