On Friday 24 January 2025, at 12.30, a “Meeting Point” will be held at the Holy See Press Office, Via della Conciliazione 54, to present the events of the Jubilee of the World of Communication, scheduled to take place from 24 to 26 January 2025 in Rome.

The following will be present, and available to speak to the press:

·       Archbishop Rino Fisichella, pro-prefect of the Section for Fundamental Questions regarding Evangelization in the world, of the Dicastery for Evangelization;

·       Dr. Paolo Ruffini, prefect of the Holy See Dicastery for Communication;

·       The Reverend Msgr. Lucio Adrián Ruiz, secretary of the Holy See Dicastery for Communication;

·       Dr. Maria Ressa, journalist, Noble Peace Prize laureate, director of the Rappler platform;

·       Dr. Colum McCann, writer, author of Apeirogon and Let the Great World Spin, co-founder of the Narrative 4 network.

Accreditation and participation procedure

Journalists and media workers who wish to attend the Meeting Point must apply no later than 24 hours before the event, via the Holy See Press Office online accreditation system, at https://press.vatican.va/accreditamenti, selecting the event: Meeting point Eventi Giubileo del Mondo della Comunicazione.

Journalists and media workers admitted to the event will receive confirmation of participation via the online accreditation system.
