Appointment of special envoy to the celebration of the 75th anniversary of the canonical erection of the diocese of San Sebastián, Spain

The Holy Father has appointed His Eminence Cardinal José Tolentino de Mendonça, prefect of the Dicastery for Culture and Education, as his special envoy to the celebration of the 75^th anniversary of the canonical erection of the diocese of San Sebastián, Spain, to be held on 6 January 2025.
