At 10.30 this morning, in the Vatican Basilica, the episcopal ordination of Msgr. Vincenzo Turturro, apostolic nuncio in Paraguay, was presided over by Cardinal Secretary of State Pietro Parolin, in the presence of Holy Father Francis.
