Appointment of members of the Dicastery for Bishops

The Holy Father has appointed Archbishop José Cobo Cano of Madrid, Spain, and Bishop José Antonio Satué Huerto of Teruel and Albarracín, Spain, as members of the Dicastery for Bishops.
