Appointment of apostolic nuncio in Bangladesh

The Holy Father has appointed the Reverend Msgr. Kevin Randall, nunciature counsellor, as apostolic nuncio in Bangladesh, at the same time elevating him to the titular see of Glenndálocha, with the dignity of archbishop.

Curriculum vitae

Msgr. Kevin Randall was born in New London, United States of America, on 6 May 1966. He was ordained a priest on 25 July 1992, and incardinated in the diocese of Norwich.

He graduated in canon law.

He entered the Holy See diplomatic service on 1 July 2001, and served in the apostolic nunciatures in Rwanda, Serbia, Slovenia, Peru, South Africa, Mexico and Austria.

He knows French, Italian, Spanish and German.
