Appointment of bishop of Antsirabé, Madagascar

The Holy Father has appointed Bishop Jean Pascal Andriantsoavina, until now titular bishop of Zallata and auxiliary of the archdiocese of Antananarivo, as bishop of the diocese of Antsirabé, Madagascar.
