- Archbishop Santiago De Wit Guzmán, titular of Di Gabala, apostolic nuncio in Trinidad and Tobago, Antigua and Barbuda, Belize, Grenada, the Cooperative Republic of Guyana, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and Suriname; and apostolic delegate in the Antilles;
