During the audience granted to His Eminence Cardinal Marcello Semeraro, prefect of the Dicastery for the Causes of Saints, the Supreme Pontiff authorized the same Dicastery to promulgate the Decrees regarding:

- The heroic virtues of the Servant of God Miguel Costa y Llobera, canon of the Cathedral Church of Majorca; born on 10 March 1854 in Pollensa, Spain, and died on 16 October 1922 in Majorca, Spain;

- The heroic virtues of the Servant of God Gaetano Francesco Mauro, diocesan priest, founder of the Congregation of Rural Catechists; born on 13 April 1888 in Rogliano, Italy, and died on 31 December 1969 in Montalto Uffugo, Italy;

- The heroic virtues of the Servant of God Giovanni Barra, diocesan priest; born on 13 January 1914 in Riva di Pinerolo, Italy, and died on 28 January 1975 in Turin, Italy;

- The heroic virtues of the Servant of God Vicente López de Uralde Lazcano, professed priest of the Society of Mary; born on 22 January 1894 in Vitoria, Spain, and died on 15 September 1990 in Cádiz, Spain;

- The heroic virtues of the Servant of God Margherita Diomira of the Incarnate Word (née: Maria Allegri), professed religious of the Congregation of the Sisters Established in the Charity of the Good Shepherd; born on 26 April 1651 in Firenzuola, Italy, and died on 17 December 1677 in Florence, Italy;

- The heroic virtues of the Servant of God Bertilla Antoniazzi, layperson; born on 10 November 1944 in San Pietro Mussolino, Italy, and died on 22 October 1964 in Vicenza, Italy.
