- Archbishop Antoine Camilleri, titular of Skalholt, apostolic nuncio in Ethiopia and Djibouti, and apostolic delegate in Somalia; Holy See Special Representative at the African Union;

- His Eminence Cardinal José Tolentino de Mendonça, prefect of the Dicastery for Culture and Education.
