Appointment of apostolic nuncio in Canada

The Holy Father has appointed Archbishop Ivan Jurkovič, titular of Corbavia, as apostolic nuncio in Canada. Archbishop Jurkovič has served until now as Holy See Permanent Observer at the United Nations and Specialised Agencies in Geneva and at the World Trade Organisation, and Holy See Representative at the International Organisation for Migration.
