- Archbishop James Patrick Green, titular of Altino, apostolic nuncio in Sweden, Iceland, Denmark, Finland and Norway;

- Bishop Hanna G. Alwan, titular of Sarepta of the Maronites, bishop of the Curia of Antioch of the Maronites; Pontifical Delegate for the Maronite Order of the Blessed Virgin Mary;

- the Community of the Pontifical Filipino College.
