- Archbishop Augustine Kasujja, titular of Caesarea in Numidia, apostolic nuncio in Belgium and Luxembourg;

- Archbishop Giorgio Lingua, titular of Tuscania, apostolic nuncio in Croatia;

- Bishop Flaviano Rami Al-Kabalan, titular of Arethusa of the Syrians, procurator in Rome for the Patriarchate of Antioch of the Syrians.
