Appointment of apostolic nuncio in Kuwait and in Qatar

The Holy Father has appointed Archbishop Eugene Martin Nugent, titular of Domnach Sechnaill, until now apostolic nuncio in Haiti, as apostolic nuncio in Kuwait and in Qatar.
