- Archbishop Anselmo Guido Pecorari, titular of Populonia, apostolic nuncio in Bulgaria and in North Macedonia;

- Archbishop Michael Francis Crotty, titular of Lindisfarna, apostolic nuncio in Burkina Faso and in Niger;
