- His Eminence Cardinal Luis Antonio G. Tagle, prefect of the Congregation for the Evangelisation of Peoples;

- His Eminence Cardinal Peter Kodwo Appiah Turkson, prefect of the Dicastery for Promoting Integral Human Development;

- His Eminence Cardinal Giuseppe Versaldi, prefect of the Congregation for Catholic Education (for Educational Institutions).
