The Administration of the Patrimony of the Apostolic See (APSA) and the Congregation for the Evangelisation of Peoples, holders of the management of the properties of the Holy See, are willing to accept requests for temporary reductions in commercial rents.

The decision was taken in consideration of the situations of particular economic suffering faced by tenants, as a result of the measures issued by the Italian authorities to stem the spread of COVID-19.
