- His Eminence Cardinal Giuseppe Versaldi, prefect of the Congregation for Catholic Education (for Educational Institutions);

- His Eminence Cardinal Dieudonné Nzapalainga, C.S.Sp., archbishop of Bangui, Central African Republic;

- Mr. Mariano Germán García, auditor, youth pastoral worker, Argentine Episcopal Conference.
