Papal Chapel for the Canonization of seven Blesseds

On 14 October 2018, 28th Sunday of Ordinary Time, at 10.15, on the parvis of the Vatican Basilica, the Holy Father Francis will celebrate Holy Mass and preside at the rite of the Canonization of the Blesseds: PAOLO VI, OSCAR ARNULFO ROMERO GALDÁMEZ; FRANCESCO SPINELLI; VINCENZO ROMANO; MARIA CATERINA KASPER; NAZARIA IGNAZIA DI SANTA TERESA DI GESÙ; NUNZIO SULPRIZIO.

Possession of Titular See

The Office of Liturgical Celebrations of the Supreme Pontiff has announced that the following Cardinal will take possession of his titular see:

On Sunday, 7 October, at 19.00, His Eminence Cardinal Angelo De Donatis, vicar general of His Holiness for the diocese of Rome, will take possession of the Title of San Marco Evangelista al Campidoglio, Piazza San Marco, 48.
