Resignation of archbishop of Ranchi, India, and appointment of successor

The Holy Father has accepted the resignation from the pastoral care of the archdiocese of Ranchi presented by His Eminence Cardinal Telesphore Placidus Toppo.

The Pope has appointed as archbishop of Ranchi, India, H.E. Msgr. Felix Toppo, S.J., currently bishop of Jamshedpur.
