The Holy Father has appointed His Eminence Cardinal Anders Arborelius, O.C.D., bishop of Stockholm, as his special envoy to the celebration of the 1000th anniversary of the founding of Buckfast Abbey, Great Britain, to take place on 24 May 2018.
