On Thursday 29 March 2018, at 16.00, the Holy Father Francis will pay a visit to the “Regina Coeli” Prison in Rome, for the celebration of the Holy Mass “in coena Domini”.

The visit will involve an encounter with detainees who are patients in the infirmary; the Eucharistic celebration with the rite of the washing of the feet of twelve detainees, in the “Rotonda”; and a meeting with some detainees in the 8th Section.
